二、项目单位：高密经济开发区地处济青高速与环胶州湾高速公路的中间地段，东距青岛机场65公里，黄岛集装箱码头90公里。区内电力装机容量33万千伏安，供水能力8万吨/日，供热能力420吨/小时。基础设施配套达到供水、排水、供电、供热、道路、通讯、宽带和土地"七通一平"。

三、项目内容：本项目上三条生产线。一是水刺生产线：年产800吨，主要用于革基布、医疗卫生用布、擦拭布;二是针刺生产线：年产1200吨，主要用于革基布、过滤材料、土工布等领域;三是纺粘法生产线：年产3000吨，主要用于土工布、家具用布、农业用布等领域。

四、市场分析：无纺布采用针刺、水刺、纺粘等技术加工而成，技术含量高且生产成本低，应用广泛，国内外需求量非常大。国内化纤业的高速发展，为无纺布的发展提供了原料支持，主要原料涤纶及粘胶短纤维本地供应充足。

1.Project Name: Non-woven fabrics production

2.Project Unit: Gaomi Economic Development Zone lies in the middle of Jinan-qingdao and around-Jiaozhou Bay expressway, to the east, it's 65 kms from Qingdao airport, 90 kms from Qingdao container wharf. It owns power installed capacity of 330 thousand KVA, daily water-supply capacity of 80 thousand tons and hourly heat-supply capacity of 420 tons.The infrastructure is completed in water, power, heat, road, communications, ASDL and land.

3.Project Content: three production line. One is water brick line: annual output of 800 tons, mainly used in medical health cloth and wiping cloth. The second is needle brick line: annual output of 1200 tons, mainly used in leather-base cloth, filter material, cloth, etc. The third is spinning-sticking method line: annual output of 3000 tons, mainly used in furniture cloth, agriculture cloth.

4.Market Analysis: Adopting the technology of needle brick, water brick, spinning-sticking, etc, non-woven fabric enjoys the features of high technology, low cost and wide application. It has great demand in domestic and abroad market. The chemical fibre industry of high-speed development in China provides enough raw material for non-woven fabric.
